Non-Medicinal Ingredients 

Organic maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (capsule)

Directions & Cautions

Recommended Dose: Adults take one capsule in the morning and one capsule early afternoon or two capsules in the morning, with or without food.

Caution: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking anti-depressants, birth control or if you are on hormone replacement therapy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Known adverse  reaction: may cause irritability and insomnia in which case discontinue use.

Contraindications: If you have bi-polar or bi-polar spectrum disorder, do not use this product. Keep out of reach of children.
