Calcium intake when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

  *Aquamin™ is a unique plant-source calcium and mineral complex derived from the Icelandic marine red-algae Lithothamnion calcareum.

  Non-Medicinal

  Purified water, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, natural chocolate flavour and potassium sorbate.

  Directions & Cautions

  Directions

  Adults (19 years and older): Take 2 tablespoons daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake well before use.

  Cautions & Warnings

  Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if under cap safety seal is broken.
